Our brandnew Studio-Apartment in Fumba Town comes with the location near to Ocean. We got one bathroom with shower, TV in the Studio Room and Internet access via WiFi for entertainment throughout the whole accommodation. Its perfect for Pairs looking for a nice place to stay with a Balcony with Seaview.

Fumba Town is the fastest growing town in Tansania already 500 Apartments and houses handed over. It combines European construction quality with African flair. In September 2022 a new comercial center opens with restaurants, laundry and shops. Also in September a 2nd Restaurant at ocean front opens. Construction noise can still be heard during the daytime, but this did not disturbed during our stay for the opening of the city.

In the surrounding there is much of the cultural living of Tansania in its full color spectrum.
